Delivery and returns


All purchases over £50 will be delivered free of charge anywhere in the UK by standard delivery.

We use the courier Evri for our standard delivery.

This normally takes between 3-5 working days (working days are Monday to Friday). 

We usually despatch orders the same day but can take up to 48 hours (no despatches on Sunday or Bank Holidays).

Purchases below £50 incur a £2.95 delivery charge for standard delivery.

Express Service - We use Royal Mail for next day deliveries. The cost of this service is £8.95.

Your order must be with us by 12noon in order for us to process for the next day. 

Orders placed at the weekend will not be despatched until Monday and therefore will not arrive the next day.

Due to many disruptions in delivery services by all companies, Footloose are not liable for delayed or lost parcels. This must be taken up with the courier responsible.


We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason it is unsuitable, we are happy for you to return the goods within 14 days of despatch.  

The goods must be unworn, in their original condition and in their original box. 

The original delivery advice should be enclosed as proof of purchase. 

Any free gifts given with purchases must be returned in the original condition.

We do not cover the cost of returns. 

When we are in receipt of the returned goods, Footloose will refund the purchase price of the goods via the payment method used for the purchase. No carriage costs will be refunded. 

Footloose cannot be responsible for the safe transit of returned goods and therefore recommend the use of a tracked service.

Goods can be returned to store in person, the refund will be via the original online payment method. 

We carefully inspect all goods before despatch but should you feel your purchase is faulty, please contact us. 

Store Returns

All purchases made in store can be returned for an exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase.
